You have me stumped on this one.(So much for MrKnowItAll) There is no damage from the junction of SR127 and SR178 to Badwater. I know someone who made it that far before turning around.
South of the Inn, the road is a complete mess but appears to be intact. However, I don't know anyone who has examined the BadWater road where the flood exited the canyon. You have to imagine that it's probably gone at that point?
