Folks, I am need of some assistance. I am in the process of wrapping a very intensive project on the stagecoach routes of Panamint Valley and the surrounding areas.

A few months back I was speaking with a professor in anthropology at the UCLA campus. He told me about a stagecoach on display at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles.

Basically the jest of his story is that this stagecoach on display actually did a few runs from Los Angeles, to San Bernardino, and onward to Panamint City.

For the past two months I have been trying in vain to find out of this is true. Numerous emails and S-mails to the museum seem to go unanswered. Trying to track down the donators of this historical item – no where!!!

Basically, I have exhausted all avenues to find out if this is true.
