The road to Cerro Gordo appears to be snow free. Up at elevations where there is snow, the road stays exposed high on a southern facing slope. Right now I'd speculate that the only place snow would be a factor would be the last stretch into town where the canyon narrows.
As Cecile says, snow can and will likely still fall. Keep an eye on the weather reports.
