Thanks for the info. We will be renting in Burbank and staying probally at Stove Pipe Wells or Furnace Creek in August. I know, why August. I will be attending a speleology convention right after this in Porterville.
But I have considerable experience potholing & mountaineering in Europe. We do not have many mines in Europe to explore, So this would offer a chance to do so.
